What is the Premium Plan?
The Premium Plan includes the original Xmind Pro and our brand-new features, such as real-time collaboration in application, cloud storage for mind maps, and more AI copilot to enhance inspiration and brainstorming.
Can the Pro Plan be upgraded to the Premium Plan?
Yes. However, we highly recommend upgrading your plan within the same platform where you originally purchased the Pro Plan.
Does the Premium Plan work on both mobile and desktop?
Yes. The Premium Plan supports real-time collaboration and cloud storage on both mobile and desktop platforms. AI features will be available soon.
What is credit? When are credits consumed?
Credits are a virtual currency used within Xmind AI that enable users to access various AI features, including automatic mind map generation, to-do list creation, and idea expansion based on selected topics.
Which and how many devices do you support?
Xmind is available on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android. One subscription allows you to upgrade Xmind Pro or Xmind Premium on up to 5 Mac/PCs and 5 mobile devices.
