Your mind maps will remain safely stored and accessible. However, you won’t be able to access all paid features until your subscription is renewed.

What is the Premium plan?
The Premium Plan includes the original Xmind Pro and our brand-new features, such as real-time collaboration in application, cloud storage for mind maps, and more AI copilot to enhance inspiration and brainstorming.
Can the Pro plan be upgraded to the Premium plan?
Yes. However, we highly recommend upgrading your plan within the same platform where you originally purchased the Pro Plan.
Does the Premium plan work on both mobile and desktop?
Yes. The Premium Plan supports real-time collaboration and cloud storage on both mobile and desktop platforms. AI features will be available soon.
What is credit? When are credits consumed?
Credits are a virtual currency used within Xmind AI that enable users to access various AI features, including automatic mind map generation, to-do list creation, and idea expansion based on selected topics.
Which and how many devices do you support?
Xmind is available on Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS/iPadOS, and Android. One subscription allows you to upgrade Xmind Pro or Xmind Premium on up to 5 Mac/PCs and 5 mobile devices.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, you can start a 7-day free trial by clicking here, or reach out to sales@xmind.com. You’ll have full access to the plan with no pressure or limitations. Free trials are only available for yearly subscription, excluding monthly subscriptions.
How can I subscribe to Xmind Pro/Premium?
You can subscribe to Xmind directly from this page or by contacting sales@xmind.com. We securely process payments via Stripe, supporting credit or debit cards with SSL encryption. If needed, we also accept alternative payment methods such as PayPal or bank transfer.
How do I cancel my subscription and request a refund?
The subscription automatically renews and can be canceled anytime.
