Pitch Mode: Present Mind Maps with Xmind
Pitch Mode in Xmind
Pitch Mode lets you present a mind map like a slide deck with built-in layouts and animations. It streamlines showing branches, images, and notes so you can focus on your message and deliver wherever and whenever.
To use Pitch Mode, finish your mind map, then click Pitch to enter presentation view. Xmind automatically applies smooth transitions, layout arrangements, and a toggle that greys out other subtopics so the audience follows your current point. No need to align images or pick transitions manually.
Build a clear framework first: use short phrases for nodes and add notes or images for supporting details.
Click Pitch to start presenting; use next and previous controls to advance through structured sections with elegant animations.
Jump between sections easily and use the greyed subtopic option to keep the audience focused on one idea at a time.
Pitch Mode is ideal for quick pitches, classroom talks, and client demos where logical flow and visual clarity matter. It saves time by handling layouts and transitions so you can concentrate on your delivery and the story behind your map.
