Download Templates and Export with Xmind Share in Xmind

Use the Xmind Gallery to find ready-made mind map templates and the Xmind Share feature to generate a web link for sharing or downloading. This tutorial shows when to download a template, how to open it in Xmind, and how to export a viewable link.

Open Xmind and choose Create New From Library or click More Maps to enter the Xmind Gallery. Browse maps, double-click a template to open it, or click Download to save the .xmind file. Make edits, save a personal theme, then go to File > Share > Xmind Share to export.

• Download or open a template from Xmind Gallery, or use Create New From Preset Structures to start with built-in layouts.

• Customize skeleton, colors, shapes, and fonts, then click Update to apply styles across levels and Save Theme to reuse.

• To share, choose File > Share > Xmind Share, select workbook or current sheet, optionally publish to Gallery, then Upload and Create Link to copy the URL.
