Spaces in Xmind
Spaces in Xmind create dedicated project workspaces for teams so related files and tasks stay organized and easy to find. Use Spaces to separate clients, quarters, or any distinct initiative.
To set up a Space, open your team, click New Space, give it a name, and invite teammates by checking their names or sending an invite link. After joining, teammates can switch between Spaces and see only the files shared within that Space or across the whole team. Team leads invited to a Space get full access while each Space operates independently under its owner.
Create a Space: open Team, choose New Space, name the workspace, and assign an owner.
Add members: Check names or share an invite link for bulk joining.
Control sharing: Choose whether files are visible to only Space members or the entire team; costs remain within the existing team plan.
Spaces reduces overlap and keeps every project focused, making it easy to manage multiple projects without extra seats. Use Spaces when you need clear boundaries between projects and simple permission control.
