Setting Up Your Team in Xmind

Setting up your team in Xmind creates a shared workspace where members can collaborate on mind maps, organize projects, and control access. This guide shows the basic steps to create a team, add spaces, and manage members.

To use the team setup, sign in, click New Team in the left sidebar, name the team, and invite members. You become the admin and can create spaces within the team to separate projects and limit visibility.

  • Create a team: click New Team in the left sidebar, choose a name, and you become the admin.

  • Add spaces: use New Space to group files by project, invite specific members, and keep each space visible only to its members.

  • Manage members and seats: invite or remove people in Team Settings, and adjust team size or billing when you need more seats.
