How to request a refund?

Purchased from the Xmind Website

Xmind Pro/Premium (yearly) offers a 7-day money-back guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing your order number or the email associated with your purchase to support@xmind.com.

* Refunds are only available for the Yearly subscription.

Purchases via the Apple App Store

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Select Request a refund,

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.

Purchases via Google Play

  • If you purchased Xmind Pro on Google Play within the last 48 hours, you may request a refund directly through Google Play.

  • For purchases older than 48 hours but within 7 days, please contact us at support@xmind.com and include your order number.
