With an Xmind Premium or Xmind Business subscription, you can share editable mind maps and collaborate with others in real time.

For online maps, map owners on Free and Pro can invite up to 2 collaborators per map. When inviting collaborators, owners can assign either View only or Can edit permissions.

Collaborators using the free plan can view or edit shared mind maps using the features available in the free version. However, advanced functionality—such as certain premium editing tools or AI-powered features—remains exclusive to Pro/Premium users. Collaborators will need to upgrade if they wish to access those premium capabilities.

For teams that need to collaborate with a larger group, Premium and Business plans provide expanded collaboration capabilities.
