• All files previously created—including those exceeding the storage or sheet limits of the free plan—will remain intact and viewable.

• However, you will no longer be able to create new mind maps or sheets in My Works or Team Space.

• Editing existing files may also be restricted to free features only, depending on your current plan.

If you are planning to cancel your subscription or request a refund, we recommend backing up and organizing your important files in advance to avoid any disruptions.
