Xmind Pro is designed for local file usage and does not include the full online features offered in Premium or Business.

When working in My Works or Team Space, online maps follow the Pro Plan limits, including:

• Up to 50 online maps (with a total cloud storage limit of 1GB)

• A maximum of 3 sheets per online map

• Restricted use of advanced editing features, such as Task and Gantt Chart

This is why you may encounter sheet limitations even though you have an active Pro subscription.

To remove the limitation, you can:

• Download the file to your local drive, and

• Continue editing your mind map locally with full Pro features.

Alternatively, upgrading to Premium or Business will unlock full online editing capabilities.
