Xmind Pro is designed for local file usage and does not include the full online features offered in Premium or Business.

When working in My Works (cloud storage) or Team Space, online maps follow the Pro Plan limits, including:

• A maximum of 3 sheets per online map

• Restricted use of advanced editing features

This is why you may encounter sheet limitations even though you have an active Pro subscription.

To fix it, you can download your file to local drive and continue editing the mind maps.

To remove the limitation, you can:

• Download the file to your local drive, and

• Continue editing your mind map locally with full Pro features.

Alternatively, upgrading to Premium or Business will unlock full online editing capabilities.
