Which payment methods are available?

Xmind securely processes payments via credit cards through Stripe, with all transactions protected by SSL encryption.

If you prefer alternative payment methods—such as PayPal or bank transfer—please contact our Sales Team at sales@xmind.com for further assistance.

Invoices & Tax Information

Xmind provides invoices for all purchases made through our website. After completing your payment:

  1. You will receive a payment receipt via email.

  2. You may also download your invoice from your Xmind account dashboard under Settings → Billing.

  3. Taxes are calculated automatically based on your billing address and local tax regulations.

If you require invoice customization (e.g., company name, tax ID), please contact support@xmind.com for assistance.

Team & Enterprise Purchases

For organizations purchasing multiple seats or requiring customized plans:

  1. Please contact our Sales Team at sales@xmind.com with your requirements.

  2. We provide support for:

  • Bulk purchases

  • Centralized billing

  • Enterprise invoicing

  • Procurement-related documentation (e.g., vendor forms, compliance documents)

  1. Our team will guide you through seat allocation, onboarding, and best practices for managing your subscription.

Payment Failure: Common Causes & Solutions

If your payment does not go through, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Bank authorization failure

Your bank may block the transaction due to security checks.

Solution: Contact your card issuer and authorize international or online transactions.

2. Incorrect billing information

Inaccurate card details or billing address can cause declines.

Solution: Verify your card number, expiration date, CVC, and billing address.

3. Payment declined

Some prepaid or region-restricted cards cannot complete international transactions.

Solution: Try a different card, or place the order through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
