Stickers and Illustrations in Xmind

Stickers and illustrations let you add visual elements to topics to make maps clearer and more engaging. Use them to highlight ideas, show status, or add decorative elements.

To add a sticker or illustration, select a topic, open the marker or insert menu, choose a category or search, and click to insert. Once added, click and drag to move or resize using corner handles. Delete by selecting the item and pressing Delete.

• Select a topic, open the marker tool, and pick a sticker or illustration from categories or quick search.

• Drag the inserted item to reposition and drag corners to resize; use the toolbar for alignment if needed.

• Remove an item by selecting it and pressing Delete; use illustrations sparingly to keep maps readable.
