Reorganize in Xmind

Reorganize helps tidy cluttered mind maps by automatically grouping and sorting topics. Use Xmind's Reorganize feature to quickly improve structure so you can focus on ideas. It is useful when branches overlap, labels are inconsistent, or the map feels uneven.

To use Reorganize, open the mind map, right-click AI Copilot and choose Reorganize. Pick Auto for fast reorganization or On Demand to add specific requirements, then apply changes to update the map. Reorganize evaluates topic relationships, groups related topics, and adjusts order and indentation. You can preview results and undo if you want to try a different arrangement.
