To-do

With Xmind’s To-do feature, you can now plan ideas and get things done side-by-side in one easy-to-use view.

Add/Delete To-do

Add To-do

First, select the topic and right-click. Then, choose the “To-do” feature.

⚠️ : Make sure to include a ”To-do“ feature in the main topic to track progress.

You could also add To-do in the toolbar by click on

Insert > To do

Delete To-do

To delete a To-do, move your cursor to the To-do icon, right-click, and select Delete.

Highlight & Filter

The highlight feature in Xmind allows you to filter topics based on completed or uncompleted To-dos. This helps you easily identify which topics or to-dos should be your next goal.

How to access it?

  • To access the Filter & Highlight feature, move your cursor to the To-do icon, right-click, and select “Highlight Completed/Uncompleted Task”.

  • This will bring up the Navigation Panel on the left side of the page, which allows you to easily navigate through different sections of the document.

  • Clicking on the icon will highlight the corresponding group of To-dos.

  • Any changes made to the Navigation Panel will automatically update and display the map on the corresponding page, making it easier to navigate through a large number of To-do topics.
