Print

Xmind's printing enables you to output your mind maps in paper form, facilitating discussions in meetings, educational presentations, or personal review.

How to Print

In order to print the file, you can simply go to top menu bar and select File > Print, or use a combination of shortcuts:

Windows:Ctrl + P

Mac:⌘ + P

Printer Settings

You can personalize settings such as print

Content, Page Size, Layout, Scale, and Background Color

according to needs.

Tips & Tricks:

If you have a large mind map, we suggest printing it with each branch separately. This way, you won’t miss any details!

There are two ways to achieve this:

  • Export/Print Branch: Right click on the branch you want to export, click on Export Branch To… or Print Branch

  • Cut the mind map: You could also cut and print the mind map using the printer setting with the selection of Actual Size. In that way, your mind map will be cut into very fine pieces.
