Floating Toolbar
Floating Toolbar is a shortcut toolbar that appears near selected content on the canvas, helping you add, edit, and format your mind map without moving away from where you are working.
Show Floating Toolbar for a Topic
When you select a topic, Floating Toolbar can appear near it depending on your settings.
To change when Floating Toolbar appears for topics:
1️⃣ Open Settings.
2️⃣ Go to Editor.
3️⃣ Find When topic is selected.
4️⃣ Choose one of the following options:

Always: Show Floating Toolbar as soon as you select a topic.

Click Again: Show Floating Toolbar only when you click the selected topic again.

Never: Do not show Floating Toolbar for topics.
Floating Toolbar hides automatically when you start editing text, click an empty area of the map or zoom the map, or select another object.
Use Floating Toolbar with a Topic
Select a topic to use quick actions such as:

Grow Ideas: Expand the selected topic with more ideas.

Relationship: Create a relationship from the selected topic.

Weblink: Add a web link to the selected topic.

Image: Insert an image into the selected topic.

Note: Add a note to the selected topic.

To-Do: Turn the selected topic into a To-Do.

Style: Apply a style to the selected topic.
Use Floating Toolbar with Multiple topic
When you select multiple topics, you can use the quick actions on the floating toolbar to:

Turn all of the selected topics into To-Do.

Bulk edit styles for selected topics.
Format Selected Text
When you edit a topic and select text, a text formatting toolbar appears.
You can use it to change:

Font style
-
Font size
-
Bold
-
Italic
-
Strikethrough
-
Underline
-
Text color
