Color Theme

In Xmind, the Color Theme feature lets you easily apply a set of coordinated colors to your mind map, enhancing its visual appeal and clarity. Choose from predefined themes or create your own in the format panel for a personalized look.

Preset Color Theme Options

Color Theme allows you to adjust the visual appearance of your mind map by selecting from a variety of color palettes. To change color theme in Xmind, simply navigate to the format panel, where you’ll find the Color Theme option.

Customized Color Theme

Create a New Color Theme

You can have the flexibility to create your own custom color theme to match your personal preference or project requirements.

  • Click Map in the format panel, click + to start.

  • Add 6 colors You can add 6 colors to generate a color scheme based on your personal preferences. You can also customize the colors by drawing on the colors of other elements. During setting, you can name it and preview the color effect. Click Save when all is done.

Apply Customized Color Themes

Enter Color Theme and My Color to choose from the saved customizations.

Manage Customized Color Themes

Enter Color Theme and My Color, and select one. Right click it, and you can edit, rename, duplicate, or delete it.
