How do I sign up and sign in to Xmind?
From the app: Download the Xmind app, open it, and click Help > Sign In and follow the on-screen instructions to sign up or sign in.

From website: You can sign up from the official website, click the profile icon on the top bar, and follow the instructions to sign up or sign in.

How to sign in on Xmind for iOS?

How do I manage account settings?
You can manage your account settings by going to Xmind > Subscription Info in the Xmind app. You will be directed to the Account page on the official website. Click Settings, and here, you can update your personal information.
In the China mainland region, you can link your account to WeChat or a phone number by going to Account Settings and following the instructions to add these details.
How to reset my Xmind ID password?
If you do not remember your Xmind ID password, follow these steps to reset a password.
Go to Xmind sign-in page and click Forgot Password,
Enter your Xmind ID or verified email and click Get Code,
Find out the verification code from your mailbox and then input the code.
Enter the new password twice and click Reset Password.

Check if you have clicked the「Get Code」 button to receive the verification code.
Check the spam mailbox if you don’t receive the verification email.
Check if your email address is spelled correctly.

How to change my Xmind ID password?

Enter your old password and new password, then Save Changes.
How to change my registered email address?
Follow these steps to change the email address that you use as your Xmind ID.
Go to Xmind sign-in page and sign in.
Click Settings.
In the settings section, find Email and click Change.

Click Get code to verify the original email,
Find the verification code in your email, input the code, and click Verify,
Input the new email and click Get code,
Input the code and verify the new email.

Please note the new email must be an unregistered email.

How do I delete my Xmind account?
Follow these steps to delete your Xmind account.
Go to Xmind sign-in page and sign in.
Click Settings.
In the settings section, find Delete Account and click Delete Anyway.
Please note that account deletion is a permanent and irreversible action. Once your account is deleted, all related information will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
Where can I subscribe to Xmind Pro?
Xmind Desktop:
Please follow the steps to upgrade to the Pro version of Xmind for Desktop.
Download Xmind for Desktop
Launch Xmind for Desktop,
Click Help > Sign In,
Enter your Xmind ID/Email with Password and click Sign In.
Click Subscribe now and follow the on-screen instructions to upgrade to Xmind Pro.

Subscriptions purchased from the App Store will be auto-renewed. You can cancel the auto-renewal anytime. If you need to get a refund, please contact Apple Support.
How to manage Xmind multi-user subscription?
Manage Xmind multi-user subscription
Sign in to the administrator account of the team subscription.
Click Manage and go to the settings of multi-user. In Xmind multi-user subscription, only the administrator can invite or remove the members of the group.


Invite users
Click「+」and you will have two ways to invite users to join the multi-user subscription.
Invite members via link
If you want to reset the invitation link, please click Reset link. You will receive a new link and the old one will be invalid.

Add members via Xmind account
If a user already has an Xmind account, you can invite him/her via an Xmind account.
Input the email address of the Xmind account which you want to invite,
Click Add,
The Xmind account will be automatically added to the multi-user subscription.

Join the team
Visit the invitation link you receive in the browser.
Click Sign In To Join.

If you have an Xmind account, please sign in with your Xmind account. If you don’t have an Xmind account, please click Create an Account to sign up for an Xmind account and then visit the invitation link again.

Click Join to join the multi-user subscription team.
Remove users
Click Remove in the upper right corner of the user account to remove the user’s subscription.
If the admin account does not require a license, it can be removed from the subscription team while still retaining the ability to manage licenses within the multi-user subscription.

Increase the Number of Users.
If you want to increase more licenses in the multi-user subscription, please click Increase Number of Users.
This fee is calculated based on the remaining days of your current multi-user subscription.

After subscribing to Xmind Pro, please sign in with your Xmind account to upgrade to Xmind Pro.
Launch Xmind for iOS,
Tap the “gear” icon to open the Settings page,
Tap Sign In,
Input the email address and password to sign into the Xmind account.
If you know your Xmind ID password and want to change it, follow these steps to change your password.
Go to Xmind sign-in page and sign in.
Click Settings.
In the Password section, click Change.

Go to Xmind official website and sign in with your Xmind account.
Go to the Pricing page and follow the on-screen instructions to upgrade to Xmind Pro.
You can subscribe to Xmind Pro from the App Store.

Select the subscription you want to buy,
Sign in with your Xmind account,
