When your mind map gets messy after a big brainstorm, Reorganize helps tidy it up in one click, turning scattered thoughts into a clear, structured map.
How to reorganize a mind map
To reorganize your map with AI:
1️⃣ Select the mind map or topic you’d like to adjust.
2️⃣ Right-click in the blank space, choose Reorganize from the toolbar.
3️⃣ Choose your preferred mode for organization
Auto: Click Reorganize > Auto to let Xmind AI automatically restructure your mind map for better clarity and organization.
On Demand: To guide the restructuring with your input, click Reorganize > On Demand from the toolbar > Enter your tips or requirements to direct how the map should be reorganized.
4️⃣ Once activated, the “Reorganizing Mind Map…” sign will appear at the central of the map.
5️⃣ When completed, a“Mind Map is Ready”message will appear—click View Now to see the updated map. You can then review and adjust it as needed.
