Find and Replace

Find and Replace

The find and replace feature in Xmind streamlines the process of locating specific text within your mind map and optionally replacing it with new content. This tool is invaluable for updating information, correcting errors, or simply navigating through extensive mind maps.

Call up Find & Replace

  1. Click on View in the menu bar and select Navigation Panel to show.

  • Or you can call up Find & Replace by the use a combination of shortcuts:

Windows:Ctrl+F

Mac:⇧+F

  1. Enter what you want to look up in the search box; click the setting icon to see more features, such as Find & Replace, Whole Words, Match Case, or choose the scope of your search.
