How to activate the purchase in the iOS App Store?
Launch Xmind for iOS
Enter Settings
Sign in with your Xmind account
Tap Restore Purchase.

If your account is still on trial after performing the above steps, please contact us and send the following details in your ticket submission.
Attach a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase
Take a screenshot of the error you get when you restore the purchase
Let us know your Xmind ID (not Apple ID)
Send feedback in Xmind for iOS (Settings > Feedback)
How to activate the purchase in the MacOS App Store?
Download the latest version of Xmind from the App Store
Click Xmind > Uprgade to Pro > Restore Purchase

If you fail to restore the purchase, please try to log out your Apple ID and sign in, then try the above steps again.
Choose Apple menu > System Preferences
