How to retrieve files in Xmind for Desktop?
If you cannot find your Xmind files on a PC, please try to find a backup file in File Cache.
⚠️ : Only 9.1.0 or later versions support File Cache.
For both macOS & Windows devices,
Launch Xmind 2024
Click File > File Cache
Find the file and click Retrieve
If failed, please send your corrupted file to xmind-2024@xmind.app. We will try to see what we can do to fix it.

Please follow the steps below to retrieve the file.
Launch Xmind for iOS
Click Settings > File Cache
Select the files, and tap Retrieve
