Can't find Xmind files? This article will guide you to retrieve.

How to retrieve files in Xmind for Desktop?

If you cannot find your Xmind files on a PC, please try to find a backup file in File Cache.

⚠️ : Only 9.1.0 or later versions support File Cache.

For both macOS & Windows devices,

  1. Launch Xmind 2024

  2. Click File > File Cache

Please follow the steps below to retrieve the file.

  1. Launch Xmind for iOS

  2. Click Settings > File Cache

  3. Select the files, and tap Retrieve
