Topic Filtering

Topic Filtering

The Topic Filtering function in Xmind offers a powerful way to sift through your mind map and isolate specific topics based on criteria like topic, note, marker, label, task or priority.

Topic filtering using Marker & Label & Task

Topic filtering allows you to find and filter topics using Marker & Label & Task more quickly. When you attempt to locate the filtered topics using specific marker, label and task, the remainder of the mind map becomes hidden.

  • Mouse over marker, label, right click and select Highlight Relevant Topics or mouse over task, Highlight Completed/Uncompleted Task to evoke topic filtering.
