Map Style

Xmind's Map Style allows for easy customization of your mind map's layout and aesthetics, offering features for auto-balancing, compacting, and aligning topics.

Auto Balance Map

Function: Automatically adjusts unbalanced content heights on either side of the mind map for structural balance.
Usage: Click the mind map’s blank area, go to format panel, then choose “Auto Balance Map” under Map Style. To undo, use the Ctrl+Z shortcut or uncheck.

Compact Map

Function: Compacts the mind map layout to minimize space usage.
Usage: Click the mind map’s blank area, go to format panel, then choose “Compact Map” under Map Style. To undo, use the Ctrl+Z shortcut or uncheck.

Justify Topic Alignment

Function: Ensures visual consistency in length for same-level topics, tidying the mind map.
Usage: Click the mind map’s blank area, go to format panel, then choose “Justify Topic Alignment” under Map Style. To undo, use the Ctrl+Z shortcut or uncheck.
