Xmind's Quick Entry feature enables you to jot down your ideas and thoughts instantly, without needing to open the application first. This convenient function allows for quick conversion of your notes into a structured mind map with just a click.

Activating Quick Entry

This setting adds Xmind as a background item, allowing you to use Quick Entry without having Xmind running.

To start using Quick Entry, simply:

  1. Click on
